Hey. I just have a question about Amazon. Whenever I need a product, I like to go to the product's website and directly order it from there. However I don't really know how Amazon works. Is it like an online supermarket which has products from different brands? When I click on a product on Amazon, it says its " dispatched and sold from Amazon ". It also gives me the option of buying the product brand new or buying a used version of the product at a lower price. Where do these used products come from? I'm interested in buying the new versions of the product but will it be completely new in the packaging from the brand itself?

The "New" ( & usually more Expensive ) Products, tend to come from Amazon. While all the REST- come from participating Outlet Stores- that CAN be Cheaper , until You start adding In all the Shipping & Handling, Taxes- & all of That. As Sites GO however, Amazon IS one of the BEST to Order From- among ALL of Them, on the Internet. :)

Official retailers sell their stuff through Amazon, and so do unaffiliated civilians. You'd have to research the seller in question to find out which one they were.
