It's a scam, buddy. Neither Microsoft nor AOL hold any sweepstakes like that. Apart from anything else, look at the poor language used. Have nothing to do with it.

Do not respond - they will put you on a 'mugs list' i.e. a list of real email addresses that have responded to them, these details are then sold to other criminals.



Do not send them money - you will not be able to get it back and you will be funding criminal or terrorist activities. You could be investigated for fraud or money laundering.



Do not send any personal information - they will steal your identity and use it to scam other innocent people. This could get you into trouble in the future.

If you contact them they will tell you that you have to pay some fee/tax to release the money. If you pay them, they disappear with your money.
