How do I file a complaint with Walmart services?

I bought a Money card there months ago and after calling several times, they still haven't sent the card with my name on it. I've got a contract with a company that takes money off the card and now Walmart isn't letting me input money on the card without having the card with my name on it. I want to file a complaint but the website doesn't feature a complaints department. Who do I call?

I actually wrote an article about how to file a successful complaint with Walmart. Ill include that link too. Walmart sent me a 50 buck gift card to smooth over my issue when I followed these guidelines listed in the article. As I stood waiting in line at my local walmart, 2 customers ahead of me. What should have been a rather easy checkout turned into a long wait. Why? Because the customer presently checking out was asked by cashier if she would like to apply for a walmart credit card. So we all had to wait and extra 5 minutes. When lady finished and finally left, the gentlemen in front of me asked cashier why didnt she go to apply at customer service? Answer: the store manager is requiring all cashiers to ask each customer if they would like to apply for a card at checkout Now the guy in front of me was frustrated it was 9:00pm and he had worked a 10 day and had to get up at 4:30 am. I was standing wondering why this had to be done at the checkout and keep other people waiting. Next time I will left cart full and walk away. It is the busiest shopping season and going to be a long haul at walmart. I will probably avoid, and shop elsewhere. My thought is why dont they set up a special area with a employee manning a machine specifcally to apply for a walmart charge card? Perhaps right at the front door!!!

I order some item online for my son for Christmas and they were suppose to arrive on jan. 5th so we rushed home looking for the only two item that he would recieve for Christmas and our package never arrived well the manager or so he said he was at the 800 number that they listed above was nasty and very rude I asked to be reinburst because I no longer wanted the items since even he didn't know when they would arrive Addison in Colorado told me he would not be giving me a refund and that I could just wait for the item to arrive one on the 7th and the other he was uncertain when it would come but Walmart didn't hesitate to take the payment and I can't have a refund until after however long it took for us to get the items I will never ever order online again because they had the worst customer service and Walmart tells lies when they let you pick when you want your package to arrive they say one thing but really they just want the money they don't care about the customers because if they did they would have tried to make sure the unhappy customer was happy I wish I would have recorded the conversation

My wife and I went to the Walmart in Dumas,Tx. on Sunday Oct. 12,2014 at about 3:30pm to buy a wireless mouse. While there we were going to use the bathroom. All the stalls in both men and women were so dirty we would not use them. Both the bathrooms in the front and back of the store. Toilet paper was stuck on the wall with something, I hate to guess what if was. We bought the wireless mouse after a 20 minute wait in line. This is normal for this Walmart. I wish someone would open a store in Dumas to give them a run for there money. If they did the would put them out of business. Advise: Go to Walmart only when you have to.

I was in Walmart today 9/24/2015 to return an XBOX that I brought on 9/1/2015. I had my receipt. The store manager told me it was out of the 15 days, so I could not return it. It quit working 9/23/2015. No one said anything about 15 days, nor does the receipt state that. I was told I had to send it to the company. They need to take down signs that say they will take care of customers, I was told Walmart had changed their return policy, and it sucks. Also, there was a lady trying to return a pair of jean, she was told they was on markdown and could not return them. This was at the Atlanta Texas Walmart. Walmart I will not shop at, and I ask others to think hard about it. Service is gone to pot.

Thank you for posting this information. I recently visited the Walmart in Landover MD., very dirty store, poor service. Went to purchase a 1.7 Igloo refrigerator and was informed because they only had the display I was not allowed to purchase it. Yep I bought the next size up, but you can best believe I will not shop at that location ever again.

I find that 4 of 5 Walmarts I have been to this year are at best inefficient and at worst outright RUDE. They have poor return and exchange policies and after two out of 3 bad experiences with online and three out of three in the store I will no longer be a customer and I suggest you don't either.

Don't ever get your car oil changed at WALMART!!! They forgot to put the gasket back on the drain plug. My daughter has been w/out a vehicle for a week now while Walmart "investigates" and now they are claiming it was tampered with. REALLY??!! Why on earth would someone go through this much trouble when all that needs to be done is for Walmart to put the gasket back on the drain plug??!! Watch out for the clowns(managers included) at the Stafford, Va WALMART!! They take no responsibility when they are the ones who make a mistake! Thank goodness her car didn't blow up!!!!

I stopped at Walmart store # 1901 to have my oil changed in my 2005 Durango, after getting out I was chevking my bill ti see why it was so high and dicovered they charged me for 8 qts of oil so I went back in and the lady told me thats how many my Durango takes, unable to argue at the time I went out and checked my operators manual and i t says a Durango with a 5.9 engine takes 7 qts with filter, so now I`m running with it over full and cheated out of the extra $3.97 for the extra quart. This is the last time I`ll be going to Walmart for oil change. and then they only wash the windshield and leave the rest of the windows dirty,

Thomaston, Ga has the worst managed store that I have visited. The employees are rude, especially the

"so called" door checkers. One door checker stands around bull shiting with others and when you walk past her she chases after you and tries to blame you for her inefficiency. TO THE STORE MANAGER AND WALMART - I am a disabled senior citizen and I am waiting for this store to violate the Ga elderly

abuse law so that I can make a complaint to the law as well as sue the individual(s) as well as WALMART.

I wanted to buy a tv on black friday and asked for a credit increase and was denied so i decided to wait until my credit limit was increased and then walmart decides to close my credit card on me? which affects my credit

when i contacted customer service was told to re-apply and i wasnt approved which also affects my credit

the hell with walmart

Went to Delavan WI Wmart after a long day of work on a Friday- just the way I want to spend my Friday evening after a full 48hr week of work! They didn't have the tires on the shelf even though they showed in inventory.



We have inventory issues at work, who doesn't, but don't allow a customer to wander around the store thinking her tires are going to be done when she goes back at the agreed time to pick up her vehicle, especially when she made a point of giving you her phone#!!!

I went to check out and I used my credit card for my food . Other I paid in cash.I asked what the total

was. She would not tell me. Then she gave me 3 diffrent amounts I have to give her.She got very rude with me.I

talked to diffrent managers.Did same thing. Then I bought a toaster oven . with a protection plan warranty. The knob broke off. I had that toaster in walmart.I called company and said they have to. I took it back they still wouldn't.It was a couple of months.

I bought a Sa msung Printer from Wallmart. It had been opened before I picked it up. It did not have any disks to open it up. I took it back to the store as I thought it had been returned. I had paid $110.00 for this printer. They onlywould give me I asked to see the manager. He would not come but sent a woman who said sh looked after these issues. She refused to do anything. I went to the department I bought it from. He said I should get all my money back. He came with meto see this woman, and said she would give me my money back and the man I saw went back to his department. The woman was still there and told me that she would not give me my money back.. I asked to see the manager but he would not come.. I wrote Wallmart on the internet. They would not do anything. I was stuck with a $110.00 los. From what i felt this was their custom and policy. I later found out this was a thing they do with some people.

These people are nothing but shysters. People should not deal withthem.. People expect to get the best prices from them, but they have chnged their origional policy, and they have put some of their competition out of business.

Well it stared off as a good day my boyfriend who staying in comblus ohio buy my dog a 50 pound bag of dog food online and had it sent to the Walmart in green ohio but this is where my good day goes bad i got the email from Walmart telling me to come and pick up the dog food that he had sent but when i got to the Walmart in green as i walked in the store one of the store greaters was staring at me but i paid it no mind and walked up to the customer service to get the bag of dog food and everything was going fine up in till the greater stop me from leaving the store and asked if he could see my receipt of my dog food i let him see it and then he tells me that its two names on here and i didn't pay for it because it didn't have no price on it i explain to him that my boyfriend from out of town just paid for the dog food online i just had to pick it up but he didn't want to hear that he got very rude with me and i tried to show him my ID but he was not going to look at it i was embarrass

I was falsely fired after 5years of service, they lied at the hearing and wouldn,t let me see the video of proof. they won and took my unemployment away from me , now I got to pay back the money I put in week after week. to top it off I was one of the best employees that worked there said by the customers and the public. it was caused by a csm that didn,t like me,and was after me with pressure and stress to try to make me quit. for 5 years I as an hour early for my shift. was I a good employee?

False add. for survey. Was asked to participate 30 seconds Walmart survey and I will be awarded by one of three prices, I picked E-Cig, they took all my information, including my e-mail add and my home address. After I filled all that stupid info, they asked me to buy it. How can this false survey add, be brought to their attention. Should I report to BBB, would they handle these type of complaint.

Wal-Mart Openly Practices Discrimination of Handicap People:



The Wal-Mart store in Buda Texas, managed by Tammy, openly acknowledges to its customers that they discriminate against persons with limited mobility and doesn’t plan to correct this deficiency nor do they plan to assist with people of handicap status. In fact if you bring up the subject to the management, they will ask you to leave the store. I shop this store all the time. For the past six weeks the store has had six electric mobility carts available out of an allege sixteen. Three of the carts had plastic bags wrapped around the handles to indicate that they carts were broke and out of service. The remaining three carts barely had enough charge to get you through the store. Last week the three remaining carts seemed to have vanished. In speaking with the person responsible for the gathering the carts last week, he was instructed by the management to put the three carts that were running in warehouse the rear of the store. The manager says she does not have to provide electric carts to people of limited mobility that it is a courtesy of the store. Maybe she right. And maybe Wal-Mart can get by with discrimination of people with limited mobility. There are other chains stores that do not have managers that are argumentative and rude and will walk away from you without finishing the conversation. The date of this review November 26, 2013, noon.

Don't use them. If there is ever a disputed transaction, they will not refund your money. Just had someone remove money from my card thousands of miles away from where I live on the same day I used the card in my location. Now they refuse to refund the money. THEY SUCK!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!
