?

Hi,

I have an urgent package, ordered Saturday 23rd, it was sent by express 24. I know they don't deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, but I tracked my package from Monday, and here's the log:

Date Time Location Tracking Event
25-10-2011 01:43 Leicester Central Depot Loaded to vehicle for delivery
25-10-2011 00:23 Leicester Central Depot Received at delivery depot
24-10-2011 20:28 National Hub Received and processed
24-10-2011 16:51 Coventry Depot Tracked out of Local Hub
24-10-2011 15:26 Coventry Depot Collected from customer

The package was apparently "Loaded to vehicle for delivery" at around 2 AM Tuesday, it's now 9:15 AM Wednesday. Does this mean that my package is still in the Leicester depot?
The depot is about 15 minutes away from me, I don't know why it hasn't arrived yet, as I needed that package yesterday.

You could try phoning the depot but in reality you will notice the service isn't called '24hr express' or 'express 24hr', just simply 'express 24'.

It might as well be called 'sandwich 15' for all the definition is concerned.

I would only assume you don't live in the middle of a big city or near a trading estate and the driver hasn't yet been bothered to drive out of his way to deliver to you despite this being the sole purpose of what his/her job is.

Just phone them, give em hell
