Okay so i went into the business meeting and completely missed the part about having to pay the company to begin. So i talked to the rep he signed me up. I put me bank account information and was completely amazed when i saw 100 taken from my account. I felt completely stupid. HOWEVER, the rep failed to even mention that i had to pay and when i had to put my signatures in he didn't explain that one spot for the signatures was authorization to have money removed. I'm so bummed and i need help. I never even worked for this company but they still take 25 a month out of my bank account. I've been trying to locate the main office but they NEVER ANSWeR!!

so please i need advice and i need to know how i can maybe? get a refund or ANY HELP AT ALL
PLEASE!

Sorry for your bad experience at Primerica. While I don't work as an employee at Primerica, I'm a independent business contractor there. So I can't control what goes on at every office in Primerica. I'm only responsible for my own office. Primerica does not know that you are not interested in the business opportunity. The only way they could know is that you send them a letter or call them that you don't want to do this business and you want your refund.

There's 2 things you should do:

1) You should send a written request (within 120 days you submitted your Independent Business Application) to:

LICENSING - Refunds

Primerica

3100 Breckingridge Blvd

Building 400

Duluth, GA 30099-0001

Or fax it to: (770) 564-5092 Attention Refund Department

Make sure to include your name, phone number, address and a brief message.

2) The $25/month bill you receive is for full access to the company support system called Primerica Online (POL). This service has help me grow my business and provide valuable training tools to help me learn the business and the products. Since you are still being billed for it, the company thinks you are still in the business. You should call this number: (888)737-2255 to cancel your POL service and ask for refund.

One here in the U.S.A are free to choose which company to place Insurance lines. Usually, the educational fee's are paid by the student, some firms will pay for the new agent, and then keep them as a captive agent, or another words as an exclusive agreement to sell their products only. Primerica to my knowledge doesn't have one sign any agreements to keep your business with them. Research all the companies you wish to work for, and you may be surprised what you find about your current company. It is very close to what may be called a pyramid scheme. This is why they wish to build a workforce recruiting people to join, as their products aren't the most competitively priced in the industry.. Term rates can be found cheaper elsewhere, and their Mutual funds are riddled with disturbing fee's and charges. No doubt, money is to be made. This money is usually top heavy. Low commision rates to the agent only solidifies this. Retention rate is low, very low, and with a salesforce over 100k, average production per agent is nill...Sorry to burst your bubble before thanksgiving, but the truth is never easy sometimes.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Multi-Level Marketing. To get out of this scam, visit http://www.primerica.com/public/contact.html#ibas and contact whoever it is you need to talk to. Demand your money back and explain the fraud you experienced during the inducement to sign your contract. Threaten BBB and court action if you're not refunded 100%.

Sorry, but except licencing fees -is it a question of "getting your name wiped out of their records" or just not being prevented from working somewhere else?
