I ordered a package from Amazon. I got it in the mail and it said "Return Service Requested" on the label. Do I have to return it?

No. That isn't for you, it is for the delivery service. If it is not deliverable than they return it. All it means is that the package sender will pay for it to be returned.

I see that on more official letters all the time, I believe it is just instructing the postal service to return to sender if it was undeliverable, if you got what you were supposed ti get I assume you can ignore the message.

No. The return service is only applies if the package can't be delivered.

No. That just means that the shipper should let them know if the delivery location is changed.
