Fedex (Returning package to shipper) after it marked as Delivered?!?

Question

hey guys
i had this item on ebay few days ago and as am international buyer i ship my item to a post office in US. and then they forward the package back to my country "which makes it easier for ebay seller who doesn't ship to my country...
my question is
when i check my package track that belong to "Fedex" i see this :

how they said its delivered and the receiver signed his name and then the state updated for (Returning package to shipper) with new track number show the way back to the shipper address.
i cant contact the post office in US atm to check with them, so i want an answer please guys cuz right now i feel like it's a fraud action

I reformatted your list to better view what happened. It looks like the package was either rejected by the recipient, or the address was wrong. Either way, phone FedEx and ask, they'll know exactly what happened: 1.800.463.3339

You can try calling Fedex and see what they say, but to me it looks like the person that received your package didn't know what to do with it so they sent it back to the shipper. Looks like your forwarding deal didn't work.

assume confusion. settle for duty. those automobiles and drivers have a direction. there are a spread of stops and many programs contained in the truck. Your equipment is on out of 1000's. i'd not assume the motive force to make any particular reverses throughout his workday, and on the top of the day, possibly your container- with each of the confusion on it- will flow the direction accoding to the finest insruction the motive force gained. do not assume them to holiday round answering the telephone. they have artwork that they elect to end.
