Dell used to have great technical support personal. Nowdays, they just let India handle the tech department and its a complete mess.

Ahh, very simple! Hire a room full of college graduates in India and give them each a hundred dollars a week. Nothing to it!

Although I must say that Dell's tech support is still better than Apple's.
