Where is my package from UPS?

I placed an order with QCV on Friday the 18th of June. I received notice that the payment had been received, and they they were shipped out per my requests to the address that was provided by myself to their company. The email I received from them is dated the 22nd of June at around 6am. On Monday, the 21st of June, I was given two UPS tracking numbers {one for each package.} One keeps me well informed on where the package is- it actually arrived earlier this morning. However, the other has been saying "Billing Information Received" since Monday afternoon when I first checked the status for it. I called QVC, and they insist that both packages were given to UPS (which I was informed of on Monday the 21st). However, when I call UPS, they tell me that their latest status means that they don't have the package, and are stating that QVC won't turn it over to them- which I don't fully believe. Is it possible that UPS actually does have the package, and it is in transit, but they've simply not been scanning the package as it goes along through the UPS facilities. When I called UPS they say the package is shipping within PA, and it was supposed to arrive yesterday- but is isn't here; however QVC states that it isn't supposed to be here until the 29th of June- which I found a bit odd because the other package was estimated to arrive by QVC on the 24th of June, and it arrived this morning. Anyone have any idea's what could be going on- besides it being lost? Has this ever happened to anyone, and then you end up receiving the package anyway? as in the status remains "Billing Information Received" but then it arrives?

I work for an online retail store and we ship products out everyday via UPS, FedEx and USPS. If it says billing information is received it means the package has not yet been scanned by UPS. If by chance they have it it has not been scanned then it will not be delivered to you. They can not deliver something that has not been scanned into their system. I would call QVC and ask for a confirmation of both packages tracking number. If both numbers that they give you match the numbers that you have and the tracking number is still saying billing information received ask for a refund. After you ask for a refund they will take action and investigate the lost package. They will either refund you or reship the item. If they refund you just reorder.

To add it is generally not an UPS issue. Even if it is QVC should be ensuring that your package still gets delivered to you. As a company I file claims with UPS all the time on behalf of customers. However. After two days of saying billing information received they probably do not have the package. This only means that QVC printed a Label for the package. It does not mean that UPS took the package. Every package that leaves our business is scanned by either UPS, or FedEx. Once it is scanned is when you are able to track the package.

With UPS you really have to PUSH to actually get to speak to a supervisor, or have one return your call. You might have to call back if they do not return your call when they say they will. Give the supervisor the tracking number from QVC. It happened to me, my package was in BIR status for several days, then finally UPS scanned it when it shipped out. Get the supervisor to tell you where the package is located and the arrival date when you expect the package to be delivered. Also keep checking the status online to see if the package's scanning status changes. Also, for the future, if your package is due to be delivered by a certain time and it is not, QVC will reimburse a portion of the shipping charges.

May be the package's got separated and one is taking longer to arrive then the other. Give it till the 29th and then by all mean's b**ch to whoever will listen, everyday, all day until someone does something.
