hello santhosh such a -ve thought 4m u side.........wel all those people r freshers 4m 2010 batch.....den how cud they join in dat.........i have already taken dd of the amount 2 pay it on monday ..pls help me out.............

Hello Amit,



It was my opinion and I think being in a democratic country, any person has right to talk anything. I do not understand the reason for your reactive behavior.



If really you have SAP projects, select students based on merit. hire them and give them a project till you win the trust from people since your company is a new one which was registered on September 13th. Just now I checked and the domain registration was created on September 13th.



If you feel students will join and run away, make a policy asking to stay them for some period without paying any money to you as a security. Create a policy for a legal bond, if they leave the company within some time, they have to pay money to the company. Meanwhile pay them like an employee..



As far as my knowledge is concerned, I worked with Wipro and even went for campus drive. We never charged a single pie from students. None will dare to pay for a start up company.



You also establish like Satyam, Wipro and ask students to pay................Most of the TOP MNC"S walked a long way to get the recognition.



I just posted my view since I am into IT for the past 15 years. If you see the content of my message, it was a generalised statement to know about the company.I have not mentioned about you or your company in my post.I only suggested students to do networking and earn a job on their own. There is a site called glassdoors.com where employees post their reviews about any company and if everyone goes legal...Our country will have many cases.....:-):-)



Please note, I do not have any interest or time to dig about your company. I posted my views and still I convey students not to consider any company if it demands to pay money with all my experience. Its for a student to decide. Parents take pain to earn and 2 lakhs is not a small amount. I dont have time to argue with you also. I posted this article for students and dont have interest to talk to you further. I will never allow my son or daughter to join this kind of companies who charge money as security deposit. never message me and GOOD BYE

I have visited the company today in Paradise circle. There was no Serene Global Services office board infront of the building and still see people holding 2 lakhs DD for seeking a placement there.



As per me, any firm should be placing the sign board with their company's registered logo in their office locations(if any).. there are no signs of a office there and still people are around eager to join the company. What a pity situation ...!!!



I have 5 years industry experience and never seen a company of 3 months old collecting 2 lakhs per candidate ... should see how this company comes out in future .. atleast seeing these comments the company should run it smoothly for those fresher aspirants and emerge successful.

My nephew is with Vignan Bharathi Institute of technology. I came to know through him. He visited the office at DB house, paradise. He informed me there are 4 employees working and looking as servant maids. They don't know how to talk also.



I really pity the present condition of students who cannot take a right decision. It is pathetic. MD rented 3 rooms and 2 rooms, they are given to employees. When he came and informed me, I thought I should bring this to public.



My nephew informed me The MD of the company was not revealing his profile.We can do nothing. Students are not in a state to think. My nephew was told the company has got corporate office at gachibowli and 62 employees are there. I called the office and the receptionist was very rude.

Receptionist: Then you dont know where we get projects from? What is this question. Pay us 2 lakhs and we will give ur son one project

Receptionist: You say you work with IBM and you dont know what projects? She closes the receiver phone with hand and says" Paagal lagtha hain. isko SW ki baareme kuch bhi maloom nahin. ee pichi calls tho chiraku vastondi.



Again I asked her: What do you do with 2 lakhs



Receptionist: We keep it as a security deposit. After 2 months we will send the candidiate to UK. He has to clear the SAP certification in 3 times. Other wise company will not bear any expenses on him. Client is coming on 12th November and he wants at least 25 candidates to show him



Me; What for. when you have projects. When you have 63 employees who are into full time, why do u need students and ask them to pay 2 lakhs as security deposit?



Receptionist:I dont know all that. This is a start up company. If you want any answers you come and talk directly to our MD. He will answer you.



Me; Then what do you do?



Receptionist: My job is into HR. I take care of joining formalities and policies.

It is very easy to comment in what every way you wanted. even 30 years back infosys, IBM and others started the same



way, if not with 2laks it would be with some other format. so commenting is at once own liberty is always welcomed.



well regarding to our company we will take 2lakhs, Now not only for this SAP process for all our 8 upcoming



processes, do anyone have a problem, if so its their problem, we worked with our basics and we will stick to our



basics, if any feels interested that my company would add value to their career yes they would else they will be a



chatterbox like others what they are doing now. we are least bothered, we till now wasted our time responding to all



these useless blogs, now you can go ahead and even create further mess with any baseless words regarding 2lacs. Come



what may we are starting out process by 12th of this month and we will show by act. All these idiots forgot one



things that they are also freshers once in their life, Yes our company utilized fresher to this recruitment process



all our experienced people are busy with other work, and it doesn't mean that ours is a worst company. If that is

Hello Students.



Point 1:



Cant u all search for jobs with out paying money to companies??? Why do you trust this kind of fake information and get ruined in a short period of time. My sincere suggestion to you all is to not to go for any kind of money related matters. No good company will ask students to pay money.. I have 15 years of experience in IT sector. Any Multinational Corporation or a growing company will have campus selection and they just ask students to write a bond to the company so that the person joining will not leave in a minimum time. Recruitment for any company involves lot of money. But NO COMPANY WILL ASK TO PAY MONEY AS A SECURITY DEPOSIT. You can take my words. Even if it is some certification exam, companies will spend on employees. They never charge students. The norm is either you have to get certified on your own or company will spend on you depending on the status of the project. I am a Dot net developer and got certified through my company.



Do networking and search for a job on your own instead of going impulsive and paying money. Do good research on any company before you join. Don't just go away. Companies will play a game to lure students to pay money.They say it is up to you.. We are not forcing you etc and etc Taking a good decision matters for your life time. Searching for a job on own gives lot of satisfaction and reminds your commitment.



This is a generalised statement and does not involve to talk against any company. Even a lakh is not a small amount. It takes a lot to earn. You will know the happiness when you find your job on your own without falling into trap.



Point 2:



Also a few consultants or companies create mail id's on the name of the companies and they send scheduling for interviews which is also fake. Unless you get any email from the company mail, do not trust.



I can understand the agony of students. In search of jobs, you tend to be in hurry and try to take suggestions from people who confuse a lot. Never go for any firm if it is asking for security deposit.



There are many networking sites such as toostep,linkedin and connect with people to get more information.

DO not trust any company if it will ask to pay money. People create duplicate identities and come to college. Never trust them and pay the money as security deposit. Do thorough research before you join any company. Never go with the words of the companies. They try to attract you doing in direct marketing paving way into your brains with unusual kind of words like - We are not forcing you. If you have any doubt write to media and it will take care. Talk to experts and experienced people. Connect on networking sites. There are chances that people create duplicate id's and misguide you. Better connect with your people and research on internet and net working sites..



Do thorough research on the company, strength of employees, turn over, market value and connect with employees of the particular company even if it is a top MNC. once you get the offer letter.



Consider any start up company for experience but never for a company which will ask for money. Be careful and cautious. If you get associated with Serene kind of companies, its like ruining your future.

Hello Ravi the things u mentioned are not so clear there are lot many companies who r asking security deposit.companies like wipro,satyam also charge not less than 80,000 so y cant we people charge

may be we are not a good company but to become a good company we have to prove our self and it might take atleast a minimum period of 1yr to prove our self



this is my humble request to all u guys not to post any kind of baseless comments without knowing the ground reality of our company



beyond this we r ready to face any kind of legal issues. already we have filed a case against a person who tried to create havoc to our company's reputation and we have every right to do so.

Hi All this is to inform that we Serene Family have raised a legal front on all those people who are unnecessarily creating havoc to company's work. this can be done only when company is 100% genuine. company doesn't have to request anyone to believe them, we have every right and previlage to safe guard our company's image and those who want to cheat cant do this so dare to comment us and we will what necessary action to be taken on them. we are not threatening anyone this is just small piece of info from us.
